nofap + nocaff?

    Aside from the problem which brought me here, I also have a pretty heavy caffeine dependency. I know I need to minimize it or cut it out entirely, but I'm not sure if I should try to do that right now. Does anyone here have experience quitting PMO and caffeine at the same time? Is it easier to go ahead and do both together or does compounding the goals make it harder? Should I wait a while until the PMO urges reduce? Input from anyone who has tried quitting both would be appreciated.

    Caffeine (and sugar/refined flour etc) are the hardest things to quit imho. Mainly because they are absolutely f*****g everywhere! Also because you get hardly any support of anyone because most other people are addicted to them (especially white sugar!) Ive quit heavy drink, smoking, and recently I decided I didnt want to waste my sexual energy anymore (whilst also being repelled by the porn industry) so I found myself here. I'm now going to try tackle caffeine, sugar, and white flour together (because to me personally they form something of a trio) Having quit the other things it might be easier now? Having said that I need to reset my counter as I had a cup of tea today (crazy rock and roll bastard that I am!;))

    I always recommend a fantastic book called Changing for Good by James O Prochaska which really helped me to stop wjatever ive stopped in the past (and to stop for good!)
