Aside from the problem which brought me here, I also have a pretty heavy caffeine dependency. I know I need to minimize it or cut it out entirely, but I'm not sure if I should try to do that right now. Does anyone here have experience quitting PMO and caffeine at the same time? Is it easier to go ahead and do both together or does compounding the goals make it harder? Should I wait a while until the PMO urges reduce? Input from anyone who has tried quitting both would be appreciated.
