Well this is strange, writing to the abyss.

My name is Matt, I've recently turned 30 I'm more of an early 20s guy than 30 I'm not sure how I'm at this age?! I've signed up to this, because I realise I have a huge problem and it's something I'm not able to overcome by myself. I masturbate up to six times a day 7 days a week. It's not letting up and it's definitely ruling my life. I feel it's lack of self control rather than am addiction? Or, is that the definition addiction.

I started masturbating at a very very early age. I believe I was sexualised before the appropriate age. Even as a small child I would do the deed at any given occasion.

It's becoming such an issue for me, I would rather masturbate than meet real people for sex. I don't know why, do you? I often go 'crusing' for quick hookups, this physically turns my stomach after the regret hits me on my way home. Anyway, day 1 of facing the truth ..... To be continued, I hope.
