    Hi everyone, I have just registered today and I'm determined to follow this. Porn addiction has taken my precious time and energy all these days and I'm not going to let that continue. I hope I have the necessary strength to overcome this. I'm underweight for my age and PMO is the prime reason for that. Hoping to gain some peace of mind, more focus and a healthy lifestyle through this program.

    I'm gonna divert my concentration towards something useful like bodybuilding or music and convert all that negative thoughts and energy to positive effect.
