NoFap day 30 – „Sic itur ad astra !“

    Here I am, I reached 30 days without PMO. Although I am into NoFap for more than 1 year and 2 months, I reached 30 days only 2 times (before that, 24 days were my limit).

    Benefits so far:

    - More confidence (not much but better something than nothing)

    - I have more free time

    - My skin look improved (I think this is connected with cold showers)

    - My hair bacame thicker although it's short

    - Better concentration while working/studying

    - Girls are more interested in me (around 20% more) :D

    I also found a girlfriend a couple days ago, I have never had girlfriend before.

    Wish me luck to hit these 90 days, then I will write my whole story and how all that started. ;)

    Congrats for your initial success of 2019....Happy journey man....I am currently on day 3 & started practicing nofap officially around 21st aug 2018 & my highest streak since then was 20 days & relapsed at day 21 but I will make 2019 a better mark of my life...I dont want to get controlled by my demons...
    Anyways best of luck ;)
