Okay, I bet you haven't heard this one before. :p Or maybe you have. Has anyone found that they've had an increased number of dodgy ads? Could it be because of going on nofap?

I went on a dating site ages ago, which could be what's causing it, however I'm surprised that my cookies have been tracked and remembered from that long ago. What's happening is, Google AdSense has been suggesting all these dating/ sex related ads! Telling me I should go and 'hook up with lovely Asian women' or 'go date these Russian women' etc. I even keep getting ads for local sex shops! It links them on youtube, in the pop up ads on a video, or in the side bar, and on my facebook.

At this point, it's not a trigger to me, it's just annoying. And slightly hilarious in an ironic kind of way. Google's got it in for me!

No, I have had no dodgy ads. I don't even get spam in my e-mail account. Don't tell Google anybody! :p

NoBrainer, don't you use AdBlock Plus, http://hosts-file.net/?s=Download or
https://addons.mozilla.org/es/firefox/addon/ublock-origin/? You shouldn't be seeing any ads at all, in my opinion.

NoFap doesn't have any ad networks displaying on the forum. We do have adsense on some of the .com pages though, but I'll likely be taking it out since it isn't really making any money and runs the risk of displaying triggers.

Google is the devil, well not really, I once read in a book about Google a line that went something like this:

If the devil ever resided on Earth, Google HQ would be where he took his permanent residence......

Google is great. I utilize them for alot of stuff lol. They are gonna become even greater, and yet I can see why the author would say something like that.

Ex Machina type stuff, take something good to the ultimate point and it becomes the opposite.....

Maybe I am going way off topic hahhahahahahahahahah
