NoFap 90 day challenge..help me to quit

i don't know but i am quite addict to porn and matsurbation

i took NOfap challenge of 90 days.

i have matsubated 22 times from 1 jan 2018 till now
i don't want to do it again for next 90 days.

please help me to quit porn, and i am 24 yr old virgin from india. i want to quit asap.

i never had any GF or any kind of relationship ,i am a student currently and started gym a month ago in march.

i wish i will control myself and complete this challenge...God give me strength to do so..

i don't drink alcohol or non-veg items(except eggs), no smoking or any drugs.
