    Tried it in the past, lasted 3 weeks about 8 months ago.

    This time I'm trying for the whole of 2019.

    Advice welcome.

    I'm ramping up study, work and fitness. If I can just continue this trajectory for the next 4 weeks, I should be able to get past that point.

    I relapsed 4 times yesterday and once today after a 100 Day streak. It has been amazing so far. But i totally lost it and now i am full of disgust. Starting a full new year 2019 without any PMO.

    Damn it, fucked up. Got over 22 days in.

    Resetting counter.

    Was going strong until a couple of days ago, but actually broke it in the last hour :(.

    Advice to stop this happening again is appreciated. Trying to get at least into reset territory (90 days), but a full year would be better IMO.
