Hello, I had a relapse 2 days ago, on February 15th with masturbation.
I wanted to do the Jelking technique but I could not contain myself.
Anyway I continue with the PMO challenge until February 28.
However, I reached 14 days of abstention

 

4 days in, focusing on learning russian, working out and being busy

maybe friends come over tonight, we will see

 

Completed 30th day without pmo.............now getting ready for another month
