    Hey man, just listened to your Soundcloud journal. Sounds like your going through a real tough spot, especially after making it 130+days before a relapse. I've just come back on here after realising that porn was becoming a problem for me again. I've downloaded the NF Companion app which is really, really helpful. Will keep a check on your progress and sending you positive thoughts :)
