No more porn please!!

Hello I’m brand new here. I’m really glad to have found this. I’m 31 married with two kids.
My sexlife has been crazy to say the least. I have two year sober from drugs and alcohol!! Which is amazing for a guy like me! Yet in that time my porn and sex has become something to look at. It’s really gotten pretty bad. It’s hurting me financially, spiritually, emotionally mainly everywhere. I make the empty promises to myself only to turn around and get online 20 mins later. It’s effecting my relationship in every way. I developed sexual problems from it, yet can’t seem to stay offline. Open to advice help any ways. I just tired of letting my hormones run my life. I work a program of recovery for drinking and used it to help with stoping smoking and dipping. So I’m focusing my willingness of that program towards NoFap to hopefully make progress. So far it s been 8 hrs!!! Ahhh! And two cold showers.

 

So I have to start over. Again. Every time I say I’m going to commit to this it last for a day maybe a few hours then I go crazy for a day or so to the dark side. So tired of giving into this. I’m making it today just today is all Im worried about.
