NO EDGING/PORN CHALLENGE - 90 days minimum

    I've figured out a destructive pattern in me which is basically edging and not realizing that merely looking at mild pictures or watching a short clip for a few minutes is still porn and hampers your progress.

    So I've decided to start this challenge where you relapse every time you edge or look at a sexual image intentionally and spike your dopamine up. It's going to be much harder but I'm up for the challenge. Those who wanna join in, feel free to. We'll destroy the core of this addiction together

    you know it is not correct, but why are you still doing this? You are not determined and dedicated.
    Be dead serious and you will make it!

    Hi @pranav02 !

    What does "fairly successful" mean ? If you have goals and objective and standards for your journey, you are either meeting them or you are not. What isn't going well ? What do you plan to do about it ?


    One day at a time is how we all succeed.
