    Depression, Anciety, sleep problems, deep ebarasseing, statering.

    All consecuencies of my problems with porn since I was 12.

    My marriage has suferred too.
    But I'm 29 right now, i have a 3 month beautifull baby. I have made a lot of progress but can not get rid of porn totally. At least 3 times per month... its really difficult to me. I have Porn blockers but always found an alternative because i work in IT industry of programming.

    Welcome Bizco. I have only been on here for just over a week but feel like it’s a new start for me. The nofap community has been helpful to me so far. My wife has endured my crap for too long. Hopefully I can turn our lives around with the info I learn here.
