    Hi everyone my name is Doug.i have struggled with porn & masturbation for about 20 years.i am sick of being a slave to this addiction I want to be clean of this addiction for my self and wife,kids.I have tried many thing to stay clean but nothing works so I am hoping that being here and talking to people with the same struggles I will be able to defeat this addiction.
