NewBie Introducing myself:Can't achieve true love or even girl friends

    I'm an introvert sometimes. I was kind of a guy who won't talk to anyone . More of like an observer. I got curious in things on the internet on a small nokia mobile phone. I was 11 at the time when I got exposed in porn. I started fapping for more than 5 years , with atleast thrice a week , now atleast twice a day , I wish I could control this behaviour. I don't have any female friends , or anything in patricular other than being acquintance . I hope I made a right descision by having supported by you guys.

    @aaron.a welcome to nofap. You are only 16 and your brain is still growing! you can turn this around and fully recover from this but it takes time and effort but you can do it.
    I haven't masturbated until I was 19 or so and didn't have sex until 23. In my experience it is not the girls that is making you to go to PMO but something deeper which you need to figure out.
    I encourage you to get involved in sports and hobby groups. Try to figure out which social activities do you like? Even if you are an introvert there will be some activities which you like more than others and doing your favorite activities will help you making new bonds easier.
    Come here on daily basis and start a journal in your age group and you will make progress.
