    Hi all!

I'm a 21 yr old student from Wales and have been using porn since my mid-teens. After halfheartedly trying to give it up over the last year and experiencing huge benefits even after short streaks, I'm investing in a full recovery from here out! I've realised how much PMO is stunting my personal growth as a person and stopping me being who I want to be.

Looking forward to joining you all on this journey! :)

Welcome to NoFap where you are amongst friends who are here to encourage you and sometimes challenge you but not judge you.

What are your current strategies for combating the enemy called PMO?

Thanks very much. Coming here is a good start I think. Practically, I'm meditating daily (would recommend to anyone- it's great for general mental well-being!), restricting my laptop use to when I'm in other's company, and using timesheets to bring some general discipline into my life.

People talk about nofap being a catalyst for self improvement in lots of areas besides the obvious.

It is! It is a journey of self discovery where you learn more about you than you ever knew. You will learn your limits and how to overcome obstacles that would have previously stopped you. You will know what you believe because all of your beliefs in whatever you believe in will be tested.

Welcome to a season of internal growth.

Check out In Case You Didn't Know for strategies and tips which may help you along your journey.
