    Before you start a streak, ask your self and answer why your doing it. Soon into your streak your going to run into a wall of urges, and if you start questioning yourself then your already on a path back to relapse.

    Stay strong and remember every failure is just one step closer to success; its not about your final outcome, but what you went through along the way.
