    Hey guys,
    So this is my third day of no pmo. I really hope I can get rid of my porn addiction.
    My question is, how should someone in a relationship do this? Is sex not allowed either?

    Hey ,

    Form what I've read and seen , you can go one of two ways with that. Have sex but restrict orgasm or switch to no PM but still allow yourself to O. Have a read through Getting Started with NoFap (on the home page)... its very informative and discusses all the options.
