New to NoFap

For the last 5 years I had been single and my porn use has been increasing and was seeing prostitutes. Then I got girlfriend recently and was suffered from ED or PE whereas with my relationship from 5 years I didn't have these issues. I have always suffered from PE to various degrees as part of it I think is from performance anxiety but I think another part of it is from porn.

Broke up with my girlfriend and I started PMO multiple times a day and even experienced ED with prostitute. I am starting to date again and so trying NoFap to see how it improves my potential sex life with new partners.
