    Hello again,
Last weeks I've been a little bit absent from this site.
I'm writing this thread in order to be commited again with some new goals (no PMO still being number one priority). I'll try to write everyday a short summary or reflection about the topic.
I'm actually writing this for myself, it is a compromise with myself. And if some manner this can be useful for someone, I'll be glad to help.

My goals are from now to December 31st, I mean, the rest of the year, which are sixth months.

    1) No PMO, still being numer one. Which includes control of thoughts and avoiding triggering media (images or videos which may not be porn, but could be triggering content). I need to make the way easier for me.
When I feed my inner passionswith a little bit of sensuality, I go into hard urges.

    2) From now, my first activity of the day, before anything (after peing, of course XD)... is going to be prayer. Asking God for power to change and renew my mind, for power to accomplish the purpose why I was created. Not living anymore for my vain pleasures or empty desires, but living every day for an specific purpose.
This is a new approach for me, because I don't use to think every morning: "What is the purpose of my life for this day?". Every day we live is not a cassuality, is for a defined purpose.
Twenty-four hours of sixty minutes each, for accomplishing a real purpose. I'm not saying that I've to save the world or change it, not that kind of dreamer purposes, but my purpose as fulfilling responsabilities. Responsabilities as a son, as a brother, as a neighbor, as a citizen, as a teacher, as a seller, as a believer.
I've the responsability of being honest, whole (even when no one is watching), be grateful. See and face life with courage and wisdom. Honor my parents, love and teach my brother. Show a better way to my students.

    3) Meditation, joined to last point. God shows a better way to live succesfully, he says that his words "...shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall MEDITATE in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then YOU WILL MAKE YOUR WAY PROSPEROUS, and then YOU WILL HAVE GOOD SUCCESS" (Joshua 1:8). And again he talks about the man to whom "...his delight is in the law of the Lord, and in His law he MEDITATES day and night. He shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that brings forth its fruit in its season, whose leaf also shall not wither; and WHATEVER HE DOES SHALL PROSPER" (Psalm 1:2-3).
So I'm not talking about esoterical meditation or anything else. I'm talking about meditate the words of God. That may cause that my passional thoughts might be changed for his thoughts and this will lead me to have "good success", according to his promises in these passages.
***This could sound religious, but it's not. I don't consider my self a religious guy. 'Religion' means men pursueing a relation with God by his own means (see every culture, they had different ways to see deity. Those were their own means). But I'm holding hands on what God is promissing to lead to reach real success. I really desire success in freedom from PMO.

    To be continued...
    I'll be posting tomorrow ...

It's a great idea to give your problems to the LORD through prayer and meditation. I assume what you mean by meditate the words of GOD is to read the bible. That sounds like a great idea, as you will be getting inspiration not from flawed sources, but from the HOLY ONE. Remember that GOD always gives us an opportunity to flee from temptations, we just don't always take them. And when we do mess up, we need to reconcile with GOD. Good luck on your PMO free walk with GOD.

That list looks good, but I think exercise should be something you consider. Perhaps jogging/running, or some type of cardio would be something healthy for you to consider. Also, diet and healthy eating is another option that can benefit you physically and mentally too.

I recommend you make a list of a Why statements that you find suitable for you , so you can always refer to when you feel weak . and that's good goals btw, i know you already mentioned some but you can make a special list for why you are doing this .
