New member here and need serious support

    Hi everyone I'm a new member here at nofap and have a serious problem with masturbation and porn. Im 21 years old and this has been controlling my life snce around 13. My biggest reason for wanting to quit is how it affects me physically and emotionally. Physically it is causing me acne which brings down my confidence and emotionally I just feel sick after. I hope you guys can support me on my journey.
