    hello am new here i got really big problem with masturbating and porn addiction since i was like 12 years old am trying so hard to stop but i just cant the maximum i got is 2 weeks and i think this is effecting my life negatively cuzi cant even talk to girls cuz am 2 shy? wtf am 21 now, if u got any advice for me tell me it would help a lot
