New here, need some advices

    Hello guys,
    I'm 25 and for the last few years i'm not completely satisfied with my sexual life.
    My problems are mostly with myself, and when I had a girlfriend most of the time we had fine intercourse.
    So why am I here?
    first of all,
    Because I don't have erection all day long. When I was younger I use to have tons of "random erection" and now I just have the "morning wood" and that's it. It means I only have erection when I masturbate (not all the time, I'll write about it in a moment), and when I have some activity with women.
    Second, it's because everytime i'm with a new woman (and also sometimes when I was with my ex-GF) I had a PE. Sometimes after 2 minutes, sometimes after 1 minute, sometimes after 20 seconds. (sometimes I didn't have it at all and last 5-10 minutes).
    When it used to happen, it could affected me for few days, and even when I was alone. I mean, I had PE while I was masturbating.
    also, with some women, I didn't have strong erection for most of the activity, I mean, it was hard and very quickly went soft, than hard again, that soft again.


    now few things I would like to mention:
    - about a 1-2 years ago I released I was watching to much Porn. I mean, Not 3-4 times a day, but I did it every time I masturbated.
    Since than I tried to do it less and less, but I still feel like I need porn from time to time (I would say 1-3 times a week).
    In addition, I became kinda addicted to video chat sites. I could spend 3 hours just looking for a woman and when I finally found one I usually couldn't function. I guess the excitement of someone watching me made me nervous.
    - It the last month I felt like my erection is not strong at all, even when I masturbate (I didn't had sex for the last month). I couldn't point the reason, and it felt bad. I guess it might have connection to the web chat experience.
    A week ago i decided to start a NoFap challenge. I had read about this experience and understood I could "reset my brain". Today I entered this site, read more about it, and I decided I would try the "hard mode" ,PMO, for a month.

    Now guys I need your help,
    I do it mostly to get better sex life. It's been few month since me and my ex GF been together and I feel like I'm having confidence issues when i'm trying making a move with other women since I'm afraid I won't be good sexually.
    following your expirience,
    I would point you the issues I would like to improve during this month -
    - get back my random erections I had when I was younger
    - get stronger erections during intercourse and masturbation
    - kill completely the PE problem
    Do you think I'm making the right decision here, or am I trying to fix my problems in a wrong way?

    Your text is clear. Thank you for sharing your story and welcome to NoFap where you are amongst friends who are here to encourage you and not judge you.

    Hard mode would be a good move for you but it would be a wise decision to totally end masturbation. Your mind has connected it to porn and sooner or later you will return to porn.

    What are your current strategies for combating the enemy called PMO?

    do you suggest stop masturbating for good? I mean, I do see the benefits of quit Porn for good and of quitting M for month or maybe few months, but what are the benefits of quit M for ever?

    about my strategy,
    At the moment I decided to do PMO for a full month. I started it on last Monday and I'm willing to do it until 29/03/17
    and to check what happens to my body.
    My only goal at the moment is to get more erections. If not the "random ones" so to get ones when I get aroused.
    If I won't get it after a month, I have few options and I'm not sure which one I would choose -

    The first one would be to continue the experience for one more month.

    The second one would be to go back to M but stop P forever. I do believe in myself and I really think I am able to do it.

    The third would be to quit the challenge and go to a sexual therapist.

    I don't think I'm so addicted to porn and therefore I really wish the NoFap would help me, and hopefully quickly.

    oh, and I also do tons of kegels, hopefully it will help as well.

    Since I don't know you I cannot say what you cannot do but I can say there have been many before you who have greatly underestimated the difficulty to quit PMO, underestimated the depth of how much PMO had affected their lives and underestimated the amount of time it would take to control what has controlled them. I caution you not to add yourself to that group.

    The decision to forever quit M is your and the best answer I can give you is to begin your journey and decide for yourself along the way. Whatever I tell you, you may dispute but as you take this journey, you will discover what is best for you. I would challenge you to be ready to possibly let go of what you think you will want or need to do later and concentrate on today.

    What are your current strategies for combating the enemy called PMO?

    Not sure I can answer this question.

    I read a lot about NoFap. I still don't understand why I should stop M for ever. I do agree I should stop P forever.

    You have associated porn to masturbation so the tendency to fall back to porn because if you masturbate. Again, this is a suggestion and ultimately it is your decision to make. You will decide what is best for you along your journey.

    Well,
    My goals at the moment are to stop M and P for a month and to quit watching P for good, in order to get better erection.
    Maybe after a month I will talk differently.

    Now something weird that happened to me today -
    it's the sixth day since I started, it is not the first time I quit for a week or more (let's the the maximum days without PMO is 9).
    The last 5 days were really easy, didn't even think about it.

    BUT

    Today, since I wrote here the first message I think about it a lot. Let's say I feel "hornier". Physicly, I feel the same, which means i'm not close to reach my goal to get better erection (and it's fine, I mean, nobody expected to be strong as a rock after less than a week.).
    Do you think about it often? Am I going to "fight" myself from now for the next 30, maybe 90 days?

    There will be days which are easier than others. It won't necessarily be a battle all of the time but each person is different and the withdrawal effects will vary depending on what you type(s) of P watched, how often it is watched daily, the total amount of time P is watched (in terms of months and/or years), the person's age (younger people may have a more difficult time with withdrawals due to more time with high-speed internet during formative years), the determination of the person and most often from what the person may be seeking escape and comfort.

    As you can see, the there are many variables in play so I dare not try to tell you how your experience will be because no one really knows. I can only share with you the pitfalls which lie ahead and what I have seen in others.

    I have been P sober for close to 200 days and MO sober for over 450 days so the amount of time I think about P is very low and thoughts of sex is occasional but not all of the time.

    And I really appreciate your support!
    I couldn't understand something. You sad you are P sober for 200 days and MO for 450. You kept watching P after quit MO?

    No, there was a day in which I began watching something that was P but I did not allow it to continue long enough to reach MO therefore I have two different sobriety dates.

    Listen man its not going so good..
    For the last 3 days I think about M a lot.. I'm trying to study to a test and can't really focus.. However, I'm don't have morning erections for the last two days.
    What should I do?

    Allow them to occur. Acknowledge you have it and move about your morning. If you leave it alone, it will go away.

    Many guys stress out over having an erection in the mornings or whenever as though there is a law that says if you have an erection you must stroke it.

    You don't. If you wake up with an erection, don't pretend it isn't there nor try to make it go away. Instead wake up, realize the erection is there and go about your morning. The erection will go away without your assistance.

    Well my problem was on the opposite site.
    In the morning I didn't had anything.

    Today though was better. I mean, I had one.
    If I wasn't clear, my whole point in this experience is to get more erections and not less
