    Sup y'all,

Just a random guy from the little red dot (singapore) just trying his best to stave off porn and masturbation.
Background: It started from about 9? when i first tried dry humping my pillow, and before I know it, I end up doing it for once every 3/4 days, even till date. I always get the same feeling of feeling disgusted and disappointed because the craving was real, and for the rest of the day, I feel very unmotivated to do the stuff I want to do. Some of my friends actually feel its ok to do it 3/4 times a week, but I guess that's not really me. To the point that actually most of my friends around me feel that it is generally ok to just keep jerking off. Guess I might as well be living in a different time zone from them.

Glad to have found the community here. Time to control the inner demon once and for all.

Longest time I went without PMO : 70 days (however, the environment was extremely controlled as well, so really different.)

Why : Just don't want to feel so down and waste time after a M.

First goal and milestone : 2weeks

Welcome to NoFap where you are amongst friends who are here to encourage you and not judge you.

What are your current strategies for combating the enemy called PMO?

No idea really. For now its just deciding that since P triggers M which triggers O, must as well avoid P altogether first.
I think I'll try up a little bit of meditation for now, and just turn around immediately when I bump into some "stimulants", if I'm not careful, since it's usually a problem of temptation.
