New Fapstronaut here, 'Half of my life I've Fapped!'

Dear Fapstronauts of the NoFap-fellowship

I'm new to NoFap. Yesterday I quited and feeling more healthier already. I washed myself in a natural pond to get rid of all the negative and depressive thoughts after the last time watching pornography.

I started fapping in my early days when I was 13, nowadays I'm 26. So the half of my life on this beautiful planet I'm fapping, getting, social fear and depressed. This has to change now!!

I hope we can inspire and get eachother motivated. I'm trying to motivate everbody here to get rid of this unnatural habit!

My current strategies are kill and destroy my enemy, Through meditation, yoga, push ups. Be aware and breath in to it!

I've already quited bull shit distractions such as meat, television, pop music and new clothes to be cool. Now the hardest thing in my life destroying this habit. This is the last thing to eternal freedom in my mind!

We should embrace nature and listen to everything what Mother Earth tells us. The natural world with all its beauty didn't brought us here to just fap, get social fear depression.

I've come to help my fellow fapstronouts to keep eachoter inspired and motivated!
