Hello guys

I'm a 28 year old brazilian biologist commited to improve his life in many aspects.
I'm going through a big change in my career and I have to do my best. I gave up PhD to try another career and it was a very difficult decision to make. In this context, I need FOCUS and to be in good shape because this "new road" is very challenging.
I masturbate at least once a day and I used to find it "Ok" but the truth is that I am interested in REBOOT my brain, and I want to be able to perform DEEP WORK. I want to be a different man. I belive (chemically) that controlling addiction to sex/porn/masturbation will help me to achieve my goals.
I m confortable with using English so I think this community is going to be helpfull and I ll be glad to keep in touch with everyone.
