    Hey ppl
    I'm new here and I am on my day 1 .
    I have had several streaks before. But none of them lasted more than 2 weeks ....I am trying to break that and go for a full month ....so I thought it would be a good idea to sign up here...and make myself accountable ....
    If you guys have any suggestions,they are welcome. Doesn't matter if you have never completed even 30 days , because I believe you learn a lot from your failures than from your success. So all suggestions are welcome.

    Hi Man! Welcome : )

    First Congrats on coming here!
    My advices : rebooting is for the mind and body... ans the starting point of a healthy lifestyle.
    A post I would advice to read to every fapstronaut : "6 years clean" a lot of useful information and a view you might not be used to.
