Need to get over PMO for my health and general well being.

    So I'm new here. I'm male, 24 year's old, and I'm trying really hard to quit pmo. It's so bad that I fear for my life. My heart is being affected, I feel it and I know it, yet I can't bring myself to a stop. So I'm hoping that I can talk myself out of the habit with all your help.
