I'd like people who have gone way beyond 90 days to till me tips that they did during their daily routine to get them to the 90 days, what was the main thing that you did that helped you get to 90 days ? Please be very specific and detailed. I want to beat this. I have gotten to 90 days but now I feel so lazy and unmotivated and i started binging on PMO and then went downhill completely.

  2. My best streak so far was 243 Days. Here are some tips (in no particular order):
    • When you go to the bathroom, don't take your smartphone with you.
    • Turn off gadgets one hour before you go to bed, try to read instead.
    • Use the panic button^ when you are tempted, before the panic sets in.
    • Do not touch your penis and balls unless you are peeing or washing.
    • Keep your bedroom door open so your family can see what you are doing.
    • Sleep naked to keep your balls cool, boost testosterone and to avoid your penis being constrained.
    • Do not test your penis to see if you can get an erection if you have not had one for a while.
    • Tell your AP as soon as you masturbate and/or use pornography stating how it occurred to learn lessons.
    • Do not lie to your AP about your masturbation and porn habits and relapses, you are just hurting yourself.
    • Stop sexual thoughts, images and fantasies immediately by distracting yourself.
    Best wishes: IGY

  3. Take just one day at a time. Not more. If you can't take just one day, take one hour. Sometimes even one minute helps :)

    - Slice your journey into managable steps. If you look at it as 90 days, or 2160 hours, or 129600 minutes - it won't work. Create smaller milestones. And achiveing those small milestones will give you power to go futher. Focusing on just "90 days oooooh" won't work because when you relapse, several times (hope not) you will start losing motivation and your drive. As soon as you put managable milestones - 5 days, 10 days and so on, you can make it easier :)

90 days is nice goal, but should be a reward on your way, a milestone. Rather than ultimate goal :)
