    I just relapsed on the 15th day.i want to do a Solid 30 days..I need motivations please..

    Hey "kenn"! I also agree with "roifwoha". Triggers are huge! Once you can identify them, you can then take some preventive actions to avoid falling back into PMO. I know that one of my triggers is that about every two weeks, if I haven't orgasmed, (by having sex), I will become extremely horny. This causes me to become irritable, anxious, and grumpy. Usually when this happens, I try to devote more time into myself. Reading more, focusing more on becoming a better individual, or whatever. But again, first thing is to identify your triggers and then take it from there. Good luck to us all!
