Need some motivation

    Hell my friends,

    I am 48 years old and I am addicted to porn over 35 years.

    Luckily I have found this community and I had an over 90 days streak without porn. This was the best time in my life since decades.

    But somehow I have lost the motivation after my streak. I start a new streak and after a few days I have a relapse- so yesterday. I really want to get rid of the fucking addiction.

    The next days I am on a business trip. So this is a real dangerous situation for me. I am away from my family and can do whatever I want.

    I appreciate every comment to help me and motivate me not to give in.

    I recently have this kinda of motivation issue u can check in my post if u want

    I understand completly understand what u feelin...lost motivation and have a money its though


    But u must have 1 spesific reason why you doin this.. For me its mariage, i want to marry ..so everytime i wana go back to porn im always reminded that.. Ofc this community helped me too for the extra motivation

    Thank you my friend for this advice and your kind words. I really appreciate this. Yes it’s true what you are saying. I wish you the best and that you will find a good wife. Never let porn in your marriage. It destroys intimacy.
