    How long does it take to cure brain fog?I have not mastrabuted for 6 days but today also while solving some maths problem I had to face .I don't to what was that whether brain fog ,lack of concentration or loss of memory

    Straight answer is "it depends"... But I noticed fairly strong improvement after the first 10 days / fortnight

    Depends on your case, but I'm still having brainfog at 25 days in. Many people report about two weeks, but it can take a lot longer though.
