Need Help Regarding Dreams

On 22nd I P/M'ed and then I started to reboot with full efforts. Till last day's night I was using AAA.
(Aware, Avert and Affirm)
Today's morning I saw a dream in which I was F-ing. This dream ruined my streak, I don't know what to do now. I found myself alone at morning so I M'ed. How to tackle with dreams?
These days I am stressed as well so addiction gives me more stress. I wanna live without objectifying anyone.
