Need AP, preferably a fellow runner

    I'm looking for an accountability partner who is also a runner as my goal is to quit porn for the rest of 2019 and run every day too.

    I have run every day so far, but watched porn twice :(

    My short goal is to make it to the end of January with no relapse as that will be longer than my longest streak (not on NoFap) in 2018.

    Hey guys,
    Thanks for all the posts here! I got an AP, but I might reach out to some of you when the running gets harder. I run with a Garmin, so I could potentially connect with people through that or Strava.

    So far 3 days no PMO and 13 days in a row running. Shin splints started up a couple days in, but doing calf stretches before and after alleviated them, and they haven't been an issue the past couple of days.

    I run every second day or 3 times a week and have a few other workouts if I'm in the mood. Ran my first 5K and 6K last year. 30 days on PMO so far. Would gladly support you or connect via Strava.

    Hey dude, just an Fyi, running every single day is not really a great thing. The fact you're getting shim splints is not a good sign.

    As you probably know, your body needs rest. Google Hal Higdon training plan. You can do cross training on days off.

    Anyway, I've run a couple of half marathons and other distances and am trying to stick to this plan. Good luck!

    Yup . Running continuous days is not good. I usually run on alternate days and one day rest. In between core exercises. I am from India. Use a fitibit charge to track my runs. @grunner, guess you have found AP now.
