Hello guys. I’ve been on hard mode for 81 days but yesterday, I kind of orgasmed on purpose but not with the intention of looking at porn, I didn’t ! I was just thinking about memories of some girl I had sex with a while back and boom I O’d. I don’t intend to watch porn again but for the most experienced Nofappers, should I continue my steak? + does it ruin my progress? Because I feel like I’ve received a few benefits but I’ve still got a long way to go with healing my brain. Need some advice. Surely one O doesn’t stop the progress that I’ve made on this journey right?

  2. One orgasm doesn't stop your progress mate. Think of all the days you didn't PMO!! Well done you should be proud of yourself.

  3. One orgasm of course does not reset all of your progress. Counters are a personal matter I would argue. Personally, I reset mine each time I O regardless of conditions, as I am doing hard mode, however that is my personal choice alone. Do what you feel is right.

I dont think one orgasm hurts much. I would say that's a great streak and you should continue! Don't let one orgasm make you feel bad.

  5. If your orgasm was spontaneous and with neither masturbation nor porn, I think that it's safe to treat it like a wet dream. Don't reset the counter.

But if you used porn or you masturbated, well, your counter says no-PMO. If you're going to be honest to yourself, reset it. Even so, you still achieved 85 days, so it's something to be proud of!

The question is: Do you feel that you have successfully rebooted, or do you need to try again? That's what's important, not the counter itself. The counter is merely an approximate guide based on experience; 90 days is not a hard scientifically-verified figure.
