NEED ADVICE ON HOW TO GET PAST DAY THREE ON HARD MODE

Hello, I am a hard mode rebooter. For the past month I seem to be stuck in this loop where I just can't cross the three day mark. I usually reset on day 2 or 3. When I first discovered nofap in the beginning of this year, I was able to complete a 4 day streak and then a 10 day streak. But lately I have been struggling in crossing the three day mark. Any advice would be welcomed.

P.S. I am 16 years old male. I have been PMOing excessively for the past 4 years.
