    Hello Everyone,

It's my first thread in this forum. I found nofap community two years ago, but didn't use it. I came here to find motivation and inspiration to destroy the addiction.
    Short description of my life:
I'm getting 20 in two weeks, first porn images with naked girls seen when I was 10. When I was 11 I started watching porn and fapping almost everyday. I thought that I invented something that no one ever could. Coming back from school, jerking one, two or even three times... it was awesome for a while. When I was 13 I realized how big impact it made on my life. I couldn't stop doing it. My longest abstain from PMO lasted around 60 days when I was 16. I had ups and downs. It was times when I couldn't abstain even one day for months. Today I relapsed again, just like millions of time till now. I had 5 weeks strike, but collapsed.

Started this thread, becasue I hope if you fapstronauts can see my progress I will stay more motivated to pursue my dreams. I'm planning to post something about my journey everyday, no matter if anyone follow it, because no one knows about my struggle with addiction and I just need to share my thoughts with others. Maybe someone will get inspired.

PS: I'm form Poland, if anyone else too, feel free to contact, we can discuss our problems in mother language.

Your whole life hasn't been wasted.

Read the forum, look for support, avoid the triggers, and you can beat this. Welcome to the war, brother.

@royskopper thanks for your support. I really appreciate it. By "WASTED" I mean that this all hours spent on watching porn has gone away and I will never regain them. If I had devoted this whole time for another activity I would have become the champion in it I guess. PMO destroyed my childhood and everyday I wonder how my life could looked like, if I hadn't started it. Anyway I have already improved dramatically in other areas of my life and soon I will introduce many of them, but I would love to finally quit porn forever.

Welcome to NoFap where you are amongst friends who are here to encourage you and sometimes challenge you but not judge you.

The enemy is here to steal, kill and destroy. What are your current strategies for combating the enemy called PMO?

@D . J . I have no special strategies. I am in this game for so long and I think I know almost every aspect of this. Lately I have had some long strikes, but sometimes comes the moment of hestitation and I relapse. I joined this community, so I hope it gives me motivation to stay strong. Just have had some cardio and workout and I'm looking forward for another great day. The toughest day, the day number one completed!

I've just relapsed. I was alone at home, felt tired after very exhausting day and I don't even know, when I started browsing porn sites. An urge came immediately, I couldn't resist it. I'm feeling like a loser again, but I fell to many times to surrender. I know you may think I'm weak and really I am, but I hate what I've have done, and I'm much more determined than last time. I am only a human.
