    Hello everyone!

    For a few years now, PM and O is what I've been doing before I go to bed. I have no idea why it took me so long to realise I have a problem. It only hit me after I wasted so many hours masturbating to porn, when I could've been so much more productive. That was more than a week ago.

    I decided to give up porn 9 days ago. The first 3 didn't go as planned the next 5 had M and O, but no porn, which I though was a good start. Sadly, I couldn't hold myself back today, the 9th day...

    I had no idea about NoFap, and I feel excited about this because I'm desperate to fix myself.

    I'm also not the most expressive person, but I will update this journal everyday. Even if it's just a sentence. So that I myself can see my progress.

    So, that's been day 1. Very successful in my opinion. I still feel the same motivation I felt yesterday.

    Day 2. Another day without PMO. The night wasn't so easy. I had to force myself to sleep, and gladly I feel asleep quite easily

  7. You can do this man. I struggled for years and now im on my longest streak ever and going strong. Just remember that the urges will come. If you arent prepared for them they are much worse. Know theyll come and it know it sucks when they do, but every urge passes. You just have to step outside of yourself for a minute and let it fade. Good luck. Aoso i reccomend watching this video. It inspired me a lot at the beginning.

    Day 4, Still going strong. I do feel the urges, but it's not that bad. I just need to distract myself
