My Story and Emergency Thread

I apologize for not giving you any response the first time I read your opening post. Your story and feelings were so much deeper than mine, that I didn't see how I could help.
Today, I can tell you that your story, of how hard you are working to beat this, has really impressed me. I think you are right in going 100% cold turkey, no porn period. When you decide to bob your dog's tail, you do not ask the vet to be gentle and just take it off an inch at a time.
It is a bit like learning to walk. If you fall, you do not go back to zero. You get up where you are and continue on. You learn how to do it better from every step you take. You don't want to fall, but if you do fall, you do not go back to crawling, you don't roll in the mud, you get up, dust off, and continue walking. You can do it. We are with you.
