My PMO overshadows my talent

Well I am a English literature and linguistics student, 21 years old. I am a devout of english urdu and indian novels, history and films. I am a good public speaker and have a good eye for critcising and evaluating books and movies. I love hip jop music very much and am an above than average rapper. My ambitions also run along the line of my hobbies. I want tp write, I have great novel ideas, I want to make movies and also make rap songs. But the sole problem which keeps me back from taking step further is my watching porn every night till 4 or 5 am and then masturbate and sleep a sound sleep. Although I also have some of my own weaknesses like laziness qnd reluctance but I can say these are also generated by this PMO. Because after sleeping late I dont go to uni, so I have low marks though I am bright intelligent, and also I cant follow my literary ambitions because of this laziness that follows me after masturbations. So I am now fully prepared to end this problem. Hope I succeed in it. Sorry for so much talking.
