That's the way! Apologies if you've already done this but it's good to write down your triggers and reasons for doing nofap and then look at it when and if you ever struggle. Keep us posted mate

 

Maybe its not a flatline? maybe you were just having a flat day in life or there is other areas of your life you need to look at?
All positive change Is good even when we don't feel good.

I'm on day 7. But it's been easy for me because of the environment I'm in. Once I get home, I relishing the challenge of being without pmo for as long as possible. Hopefully for the rest of my life.
