My journey to a new life without PMO starts TODAY

Hey guys my name is Ricky. I am 17 years old and I have been addicted to MO for the past year and was introduced to porn in 2014 I think don't actually remember but who does right? I wasn't like really addicted to MO I would do it like 4 times a week on separate days of course.. okay First off let me tell you something about myself ,I am not that kind of a guy that is always depressed, in tension or anything like that.. Actually a semi happy person.. a normal person you could say but then one day I searched about side effects of masturbation as I wanted to know that doing it was healthy or not and came across some shocking things. Like everything that was wrong with me was due to it like, I was pretty shy around girls I didn't had the guts to talk to a girl or start a conversation with her.. I thought maybe it was because of my nature that I didn't had them Talking skills and I would actually think negative whenever something bad happened with me.. I don't know where I am going with this.. But when I discovered nofap that was a while back ago (2-3 months I think).. I wasn't really serious with it and would abstain myself from PMO for a week or so and when that progressed I started seeing immense changes.. like I would always remain positive, never shied to talk to a girl, life seemed better than everything.. my longest streak was 19 days... But the past few weeks have been really bad for me.. as I lost all the motivation to keep going.. but now as new year is coming NO PMO resolution will be on the top of my list.. i want to change myself.. so please any kind of tips and motivational messages would be really appreciated... DAY ONE STARTS NOW!!!!
