    Hi all, very new to all this. Very much looking for some common ground and perhaps a bit of understanding from people on a similar journey to me. In my late 30s. Ever since a computer was in my bedroom during university holidays when I was 18, I have been addicted to PMO. I have been in a soul-crushing journey with internet porn for 20 years, more than half my life. Nothing to show for all this time, no kids, never had a girlfriend. If you ever need a serious example of the damage extended periods of PMO can do - I am it!! This is just the tip of the iceberg but gotta start living someday huh!? Good luck everyone on your own unique journey!! Stay strong!!
