My Haunting Fantasies

    I have been watching porn since two years and I have recently discovered this amazing platform. I have tried to abstain myself from any type of PM for only 9 days. Its a start and I hope I reach 90.
    But the issue is my mind is full of fantasies and wierd thoughts. I have fantasized my ex in such a way that she may have had multiple surgeries. Not only in my mind but also I have made sketches on paper. I can block apps on android but,
    1.How do I conquer these thoughts when Im alone in my bed at night?
    2.If I do not masturbate till 90 days and then I just do it once after that, will I be able to sustain? Will I become addicted again? Shouldn't it be that we stop it for life?
    3.What should I do when these thoughts haunt me? The problem is I don't even need a device to masturbate.

    Well first off, get rid of those sketches! they will not help at all.

    I'd say only go bed when you are actually tired. spend less time thee means you'll be more protected (hopefully). also try mediations. I know it sounds silly, but it can just help clear and calm the mind. it'll help you realise that they are passing thoughts. I don't even do it every day, just when I feel like I really need it when I'm struggling with fantasies.

    well, I agree with @darknight.
    90 days is a long way away. try not to focus on the 90 days, take 1 week at a time. and also realise that you might relapse at some point. hopefully not! but might, it's tricky process, and I'm only at 7 days! when you do reach 90 days, I'd say see how you feel. if you think you have more control, it's up to you. but if you think that you'll quickly fall back again and undo everything, DON'T! (personally I think don't, if you are addicted you'll just slip right back as with any other addiction)

    and when things go wrong and you're struggling. don't sit idle. come on here and post a thread asking for help. then get up and do something. see a friend, cook food, walk. whatever. even if you're really tired, go and pre-occupy yourself until you're ok again. and again, think about meditation.
