My first day

    I've tried many times to overcome masturbation and was not able to go further than 3 weeks at most, I masturbate about 2-3 times a week and when I was younger I did it everyday so now I'm really weak, have hair loss and my bones crack. This will be my first day of Nofap, I just jacked off half an hour ago so now I'm beginning the challenge fresh. See you soon!
