My first confession of addiction

It's my first thread on the internet about my issue with addiction, for me it's a bit complicated but I'll try hard to explain it.

I'm 20 years old male and I haven't do sex with anyone, because I have my own believes that if I want to do it I have to do it with someone I really love, but I don't have such courage to do it also.

I also hate to watch porn videos of couples so I only watch girl masturbating or two girls.

I watch porn and masturbate every day once before I sleep but sometimes I don't and fewtimes I watch it more than one time

But most of the time I think about sex in general and if I have to do it or not and if it's good to just watch porn, so I dailystruggle with my brain about this stuff without finding a solution for that.

My second problem is I love to see women body, so sometimes I watch a girl walking infont of me and consentrate on her naked body parts which is very annoying to me because I can't say no to myself.

I really respect women and I think they have to be as free as men even in this things without anyone trying to harrassing them and we have to look to their soul not body.

My moralities and my sexual needs are fighting inside my head and I need it to stop, and I need to stop watching porn so how can I help myself to understand my need and controll them ?
