My first challenge, 90 day PMO, starting Jan. 4, 2017

    @fanindra kumar welcome to the thread congratulations on 20+ day. Stick with it through those urges it'll get easier. If can help at all post here we will try help. Together we are stronger.

    You can do it. Keep going. For some people, the cravings reduce after the first two to three weeks. If you have made it to Day 20 of hard mode, you've gone a long way.

    Day 28 is coming to a close.

    I got up very early and had a pretty good first half of the day, but I got tired and ended up napping later. No cold shower. I am getting tired of this bad sleep cycle. I will be more determined tomorrow to get through the day without a nap and. I am not very excited about the prospect of taking a cold shower, but I think I should give it a try. I need to do something to break out of my current dysfunctional sleep pattern.

    I have started doing Kegels and pelvic floor exercises and I feel like I stumbled onto a gold mine. Not only are these good for sexual health, sexual functioning, prostate health, etc, but they also help sexual urges to pass naturally. Instead of fapping, I am exercising the muscles down there, strengthening the muscles, circulating the blood, moving the energy.

    . . .

    I think it may be best if I move this journal to the 40+ forum and place it there with the other daily logs. I feel like all this personal logging isn't appropriate for the rebooting forum, where people are asking a lot of questions about rebooting and probably don't want to know all these details.

    So, on February 1st, I will start another log in the 40+ forumand anybody who wants to post in that log, like Harry, is welcome to add their posts.

    Just to be clear, I will keep this thread going, as 90 day challenge thread. I will move the journaling to a new thread tomorrow.

    Anybody who wants to keep up with the 90 day challenge, or join in late, is welcome to join and add their comments.

    Day 42! I am still here. How are you doing @ReturnToGlory, are we going to reach 90 together? I have came through some difficult stages and the last week or so have felt really good with it being relatively easy to shut down any triggers. Long may this stage continue, I am ever cautious however and willing to be resistant to any urge that may catch me off guard.

    Hey man, I've been reading through your thread your progress is great man. I'm on day 12, looking to reach 90 like you guys! I'm 17 and was inspired to stop PMOing due to troubles with my gf (sexually). Just wondering if you noticed any positive changes, Like if you were to have sex 42 days ago compared to now would you be alot better off as far as getting hard and maintaining it? Extremely weird question probably, I know you're probably advoiding any triggers or anything like that. I'm sorry if its to personal of a question, I'm just hoping for both our sakes 42 days can make a big difference! Thanks in advance man.

    Hey @Anonymous321 great start getting to 12 days. As I'm sure you aware each day is a small victory you've done really well getting this far and through stage 1. You don't want to undo the good work and start again, I can tell you it isn't nice.

    I can't say either way about maintaining an erection with a partner as if I'm attracted to that person I've not had a problem before. I would look at other people with success stories or in the PIED section to get a more informed answer. I would add that's one powerful incentive to stop so try and use it, I've heard it does get better and I'm sure watching p can't be helpful to your situation. The reasons I stopped were purely because of procrastination and I don't see PMO in the best version of myself and wish to take action. I believe life is a series of habits and its important to establish good healthy habits that are in line with the person you want to be when you are older.
