    I've tried this before several time and relapsed within 2 weeks. This journal is me starting fresh. I will log my successes and failures. There may sometimes be multiple posts a day and I appreciate tips. I will now come back stronger from my failures and hopefully succeed with Gods help. See you at day 1.

    Main Triggers.
    1. Not Being able to fall asleep at night.
    2. Having nothing to do.
    3. Not Being able to hangout with friends. And being bored.
    4. Feeling bad about myself.
    5. Staying away from p m o for a few days but then having a wet dream remind me of it all.
    6. Some suggestive pictures or videos on social media.
    7.. Having phone with me at night when I can't fall asleep.
    .

    .
    Ways to prevent.
    1. Stay busy and always try learn something new.
    2. Make more new good friends.
    3. Have a good sleeping schedule.
    4. Not beating myself up for failures.
    5. Eating healthy and exercising more.
    6. Praying and reading God's word.
    7. Not keeping my phone next to me at night.

    Starting's easy.
    Had a pretty good day today. Went to an amusement park and rode some rollercoasters. Hung out with a friend. Although I didn't get any projects done I still tried learning some new skills in the evning. No urges for pretty much the whole day but some slight ones now.

    I'm 14 aswell :). This tip will nearly guarantee you not relapsing for the first month: keep yourself busy and with other people almost all the time! If you need to rest, atleast rest where alot of people are.

    At the beginning, there isn't much willpower (you have alot of willpower consciously but unconsciously, your mind still wants you to PMO), So anything to prevent going into PMO, like being with people so you can't P or M, is extremely beneficial. Anyway, good luck on your journey.

    It's nice to see someone the same age as me :)

    Relapsed already. This is not what I was hoping for, oh well. Starting from day one tommarow.

    I know the start was pretty much a fail. but I feel more confident now and will put even more effort Into this. I realized my mistake and will make sure I don't fail in the same way again. See you at the end of day 1.

    I had a active day and was busy doing something pretty much the whole time.
    Although I did not get to work on some things I had fun and learned something new.

    Pretty good day but I'm still sore from the previous day. Some friends came over and I had a pretty good day.

    Spent another day with a friend. It helps Being around people alot. Also staying busy. So basically minimal urges.

    Another day spent with friends. Being with other people practically all the time really helps eliminate many temptations.

    Had a good time and went to a lake. Had lots of urges after I came back and some are still present. I won't give in.

    aye. OK i didn't post for a certain amount of days.
    but i'm trying this again. i played a video game half the day today then a friend came over and we biked around. nice day.
    yay.

    about same as yesterday, but i woke up earlier. Also gamed for a bit. then I practiced playing chess. also learned a few card tricks. then i learned a new flip on my trampoline. so i had a pretty good day.

    Went to a lake today swam and such. Tired now. Nice day.
