Most efficient way to reboot?

  1. Hi there brothers. I was just wondering, what is the best and most efficient way to reboot in the least amount time possible?

    What can I do? What should I do or not do! EVERYTHING!

    Should I do monk mode? What's monk mode exactly, that's where you don't fantasize and not objectify women in your mind? Basically not relapsing mentally by viewing the world in a sexual way?

    Things to eat? Should I stop using computer and phone?

    Tell me everything you learned in beating this addiction? I'm fed up on all the time lost to this, I have learned a lot but it's an addiction so you can always/should learn more.

    You should do the monk thing in anyway.

    Just figure out what you want that porn is taking away and work on getting that.

    I say it time and time again on this forum. The goal is not no PMO, the goal is a life that has no time for PMO.

  3. Right and I agree with you, but pmo has twisted up our lives in so many ways, no porn or no pmo is part of the solution, while the other part is being busy and living a normal fulfilling life. We can't advance if we keep watching P, it's our addiction and we gotta stop it, that's why I ask how we can recover from this addiction more effectively

    Pmo gets us on so many levels and robs us of being men, physically and mentally, and to enjoy life as its intended to be, we must be able to leave the full vice grips of porn

    Having a holistic approach toward health helps me. I try to form healthy habits now. Shave each day, listening to meditation music each day. Eat healthy food.

  6. I try to do that too, try to put all the basics into work: good sleep, good food, regulate stress. I need to incorporate more healthy habits into my life like maybe doing my bed in the mornings xD usually just leave that be, I shave when I need to

    You should open the window in the morning to let the light in and keep your space clean mentally and physically
