My meditations have almost turned to naps, I guess. That's not intended.
I'm being quite consistent in that I don't remember doing my meditation at 2pm.
Sorry I haven't been either, basically on call all day...
I tried to have an aware mind while walking outside.
Again tried to do walking meditation but I was very distracted.
This time I did fall asleep.
WTG for sticking with this. Hard for me to do consistently with my current life situation but I should have things stabilized relatively soon, will get back on the morning one if nothing else.
Tried to keep my eyes open, got distracted for a while.
