Me Myself and Porn Addiction.

So i thought i would introduce myself. Im a 28 year old guy who ended up in porn addiction that evolved to sex addiction in early years, and later on alcohol and drugs. My brain is so programed that everything is circling around sex and qucik fix.

My english may not be the best but i hope you guys and girls understand.

So I have guit alcohol, drugs and sex out of the picture, BUT i can't stop watching porn even if i try ( and i have tried, think i was 16 or something that i said to myself for the first time " this is the last time" ) Have heard about nofap for around 3 years now i think and today i decided. This have worked for so many ppl, and are working for so many ppl so why shoudn't i give it a try. I will be posting here when I feel like it and I have orderd the book " your brain on porn " So will be reading that very soon. Started taking cold showers 2 week ago and winter bathing i did the first time in my life 1 week ago.

Been involved in 12 step programs for a year, but god is not the sulution for me, But i love the part of addicts helping addicts, and i find that here !

Now, i will be going for a "lovley" shower and then go to bed. To wake up and start my PMO free life !

( I know there may be relaps, but i will be trying to establish a good routine, my loongest streek in 12 step is 3 mount )
I will be doing a 90 days no PMO challange ! Wish me luck and i will gladly take all advices !

 

So, today have been a good day i would say. Weekend coming up, the time when im not working and have a lot of free time and i don't know what im gonna do!

Been trying to figure out what new hoby i wanna do !

 

Been thinking about Climbing ! So nice you said that ! Love drawing and painting but my patience is 0 and i alsay end up on the computer instead.
